Blue is one of the three primary colours in the RYB colour model (traditional colour theory), as well as in the RGB (additive) colour model. It lies between violet and cyan on the spectrum of visible light. The term blue generally describes colours perceived by humans observing light with a dominant wavelength that's between approximately 450 and 495 nanometres. Most blues contain a slight mixture of other colours; azure contains some green, while ultramarine contains some violet. The clear daytime sky and the deep sea appear blue because of an optical effect known as Rayleigh scattering. An optical effect called the Tyndall effect explains blue eyes. Distant objects appear more blue because of another optical effect called aerial perspective.
Blue has been an important colour in art and decoration since ancient times. The semi-precious stone lapis lazuli was used in ancient Egypt for jewellery and ornament and later, in the Renaissance, to make the pigment ultramarine, the most expensive of all pigments. In the eighth century Chinese artists used cobalt blue to colour fine blue and white porcelain. In the Middle Ages, European artists used it in the windows of cathedrals. Europeans wore clothing coloured with the vegetable dye woad until it was replaced by the finer indigo from America. In the 19th century, synthetic blue dyes and pigments gradually replaced organic dyes and mineral pigments. Dark blue became a common colour for military uniforms and later, in the late 20th century, for business suits. Because blue has commonly been associated with harmony, it was chosen as the colour of the flags of the United Nations and the European Union.
In the United States and Europe, blue is the colour that both men and women are most likely to choose as their favourite, with at least one recent survey showing the same across several other countries, including China, Malaysia, and Indonesia. Past surveys in the US and Europe have found that blue is the colour most commonly associated with harmony, confidence, masculinity, knowledge, intelligence, calmness, distance, infinity, the imagination, cold, and sadness.
An economy is an area of the production, distribution and trade, as well as consumption of goods and services. In general, it is defined as a social domain that emphasize the practices, discourses, and material expressions associated with the production, use, and management of resources. A given economy is a set of processes that involves its culture, values, education, technological evolution, history, social organization, political structure, legal systems, and natural resources as main factors. These factors give context, content, and set the conditions and parameters in which an economy functions. In other words, the economic domain is a social domain of interrelated human practices and transactions that does not stand alone.
Economic agents can be individuals, businesses, organizations, or governments. Economic transactions occur when two groups or parties agree to the value or price of the transacted good or service, commonly expressed in a certain currency. However, monetary transactions only account for a small part of the economic domain.
Economic activity is spurred by production which uses natural resources, labor and capital. It has changed over time due to technology, innovation (new products, services, processes, expanding markets, diversification of markets, niche markets, increases revenue functions) and changes in industrial relations (most notably child labor being replaced in some parts of the world with universal access to education).
A gate or gateway is a point of entry to or from a space enclosed by walls. The word derived from old Norse "gat" meaning road or path; But other terms include yett and port. The concept originally referred to the gap or hole in the wall or fence, rather than a barrier which closed it. Gates may prevent or control the entry or exit of individuals, or they may be merely decorative. The moving part or parts of a gateway may be considered "doors", as they are fixed at one side whilst opening and closing like one.
A gate may have a latch that can be raised and lowered to both open a gate or prevent it from swinging. Gate operation can be either automated or manual. Locks are also used on gates to increase security.
Larger gates can be used for a whole building, such as a castle or fortified town. Actual doors can also be considered gates when they are used to block entry as prevalent within a gatehouse. Today, many gate doors are equipped with self-closing devices that can improve safety, security, and convenience.
It is important to choose a controlled gate closer to ensure a consistent closing speed, as well as safety and security. A self-closing gate can help prevent accidents by children or pets, particularly around swimming pools, spas, beaches and hot tubs. A self-closing gate can also improve the security of the property by ensuring that the gate is closed and latched properly. There are various types of gate closers available, including exposed spring devices, gate closers, spring hinges, and self-closing hinges. The appropriate type of closer will depend on the weight and size of the gate, as well as other factors like speed control, weather resistance, and ADA compliance.

- "Tubes" (Peter Dale), performer on the Soccer AM television show
- Tube (band), a Japanese rock band
- Tube & Berger, the alias of dance/electronica producers Arndt Rörig and Marco Vidovic from Germany

Installation pretty straight forward. Gate is light weight, swings easy. Comes with mounting hardware as well as a chain to latch it closed. Just drill you two ½” holes in your post, thread in the hinges and your set. If your gate sags, set it up higher, or get you a bigger, taller, stronger anchor post, and attach some cables to the to of the anchor post, and to the bottom of the next post, add in a turnbuckle so you can pull the post back straight and adjust your sag. Shouldnt have much, because the gate is light weight. No need for a roller wheel for extra support on the end. Color of gate says blue online, which was fine with me, I can live with that, better than red or green. When I go to the store to pick it up, its a gray color, which is even better. Make sure you check out your gate before you buy, as a lot of them will come damaged, when shipped on the truck they will band them down so tight it bends the metal, will also have dents/flat spots in the tubing. Dont be afraid to ask management for a discount for the damage.

Gate fit and worked perfectly. Only problem I had that only one hinge was adjustable so I had to make allowances to hook it on an existing chain link fence.

The gate is well made and met our needs. It was easy to install. We didn’t use the lag bolts because we have found that the L bolts sold inside the store are more sturdy.
by Brittany
The gate was exactly what we expected from the description, very easy to install, I would definitely purchase it again.

Perfect size, great material and definitely serves it’s purpose. The chain and clip was unexpected bonus.

It comes with the necessary screw bolts to attach it to the supporting post, and an accompanying chain with carabiner-like clip to secure it to the opposing post. Very pleased with the quality of this gate.

The best utility gate that utility ever called for. This is truly a gate. And it is utilitarian to the bone. It has a straight and hard part that is the actual gate, but also comes with parts that can be used to make a hinge that utility requires. In my substantial experience needing to utilize things, including several gates, this utility gate is among the very best such utilitarian things. It open. It closes. Also, the battleship haze gray color makes it practically Chinese communist utility eligible and you know the Chinese communists are nothing if not utilitarian.

We added this gate with a solar automated opener. Works great, lightweight enough for the opener and has been a great addition.

It works like a gate should. The hinge pins were perfect. I would recommend anyone looking for a gate to buy this product.
