Have had this chair for 3 weeks and it is very, very comfortable even after 3-4 hours of sitting. It weighs a significant amount due to the casters and base so needed a hand getting it to the second floor. We opted to pick it up at the store and have it put together prior to pick up. The staff was very helpful and was pleased that the purchase was smooth and hassle free, as it should be.

Really enjoyed this chair. After trying a few gaming chairs with lots of gimmicks, this is the most comfortable chair ive found for an all day WFH and more.
