Year 200 (CC) was a leap year starting on Tuesday (link will display the full calendar) of the Julian calendar. At the time, it was known as the Year of the Consulship of Severus and Victorinus (or, less frequently, year 953 Ab urbe condita). The denomination 200 for this year has been used since the early medieval period, when the Anno Domini calendar era became the prevalent method in Europe for naming years.

A house is a single-unit residential building. It may range in complexity from a rudimentary hut to a complex structure of wood, masonry, concrete or other material, outfitted with plumbing, electrical, and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Houses use a range of different roofing systems to keep precipitation such as rain from getting into the dwelling space. Houses generally have doors or locks to secure the dwelling space and protect its inhabitants and contents from burglars or other trespassers. Most conventional modern houses in Western cultures will contain one or more bedrooms and bathrooms, a kitchen or cooking area, and a living room. A house may have a separate dining room, or the eating area may be integrated into the kitchen or another room. Some large houses in North America have a recreation room. In traditional agriculture-oriented societies, domestic animals such as chickens or larger livestock (like cattle) may share part of the house with humans.
The social unit that lives in a house is known as a household. Most commonly, a household is a family unit of some kind, although households may also have other social groups, such as roommates or, in a rooming house, unconnected individuals, that typically use a house as their home. Some houses only have a dwelling space for one family or similar-sized group; larger houses called townhouses or row houses may contain numerous family dwellings in the same structure. A house may be accompanied by outbuildings, such as a garage for vehicles or a shed for gardening equipment and tools. A house may have a backyard, a front yard or both, which serve as additional areas where inhabitants can relax, eat, or exercise.
In electrical engineering, a switch is an electrical component that can disconnect or connect the conducting path in an electrical circuit, interrupting the electric current or diverting it from one conductor to another. The most common type of switch is an electromechanical device consisting of one or more sets of movable electrical contacts connected to external circuits. When a pair of contacts is touching current can pass between them, while when the contacts are separated no current can flow.
Switches are made in many different configurations; they may have multiple sets of contacts controlled by the same knob or actuator, and the contacts may operate simultaneously, sequentially, or alternately. A switch may be operated manually, for example, a light switch or a keyboard button, or may function as a sensing element to sense the position of a machine part, liquid level, pressure, or temperature, such as a thermostat. Many specialized forms exist, such as the toggle switch, rotary switch, mercury switch, push-button switch, reversing switch, relay, and circuit breaker. A common use is control of lighting, where multiple switches may be wired into one circuit to allow convenient control of light fixtures. Switches in high-powered circuits must have special construction to prevent destructive arcing when they are opened.
The watt (symbol: W) is the unit of power or radiant flux in the International System of Units (SI), equal to 1 joule per second or 1 kg⋅m2⋅s−3. It is used to quantify the rate of energy transfer. The watt is named in honor of James Watt (1736–1819), an 18th-century Scottish inventor, mechanical engineer, and chemist who improved the Newcomen engine with his own steam engine in 1776. Watt's invention was fundamental for the Industrial Revolution.

Generac generator is great. The confused part was trying to get the people at HD to find it after they notified me that it was in.

It’s installed and runs the tests fine. Only had a month and haven’t needed it yet. It was missing facia trim pieces and the company is a real pain to get them on the phone. It’s taking lots of calls to get them to send replacements. So customer service hasn’t been very good so far. But I did find a local Generac service company that is good to deal with. Home Depot got the generator in earlier than projected. HD was the only place I could find the generator. The big box blue store took my order and 1 wk from estimated delivery it cancelled with out of stock. But HD was great to work with.

Awaiting installation; however Hime Depot shipped generator as fast as they promised to the store for pickup.

I’m inquiring about getting a 24K installed and the installation quote and cost of Generac 24K generator came in at $11.6k. Isn’t that a little steep considering the generator cost $6200+?

I have had two of these over rhe last decade. It usually takes under 10 seconds for them to come on when the power goes down. When everyone else is dark and hot or cold it sure is nice to have heat/AC and all the other comforts that you are used to. It seems wxpensive off the start until you ever need it than its well worth it. Only thing you will have to figure out is where your outdoor plugs are as your neighbors will be connecting to them. 1st generator was on a 4200sqft home, pool, two AC’s and everything else – no issues. 2nd is on a 3700 sqft house, 2 AC’s and no. issues. You can get a maintenance plan but its pretty easy and the supplies for it cost under $100/year. Replace the battery every year or 2nd year and your good.

Don’t pay the high prices, get your Generator from Home Depot and get a qualified electrical company to install it. Got ours installed within 2 weeks. One of the best investments we have made!!! 24k is the way to go!

Came on time and it’s a Generac. In my opinion the best home generators on the market.
