So after almost 20 years I figured it was maybe time for a new mattress. This is something I dread doing (obviously) so I wasn’t looking forward to it. I started simple with a search for “best mattress” figuring it would turn up the big “box store” brands. I was wrong. After looking at multiple review websites Nolah is about the only company that appeared on all the lists. Further searches for side sleeper and heavy people revealed the Evolution 15 to me. I’ll admit I had never heard of Nolah until this moment. After a couple of days I decided to go for it!!!! By the way, I always said I would never buy a mattess online or one that comes in a box. I was not disappointed. The mattress arrived in about 3 days. I was impressed. I also ordered a bamboo mattress cover only to receive a phone call saying they were out of California King even though they thought they had them. I was offered to switch to a different one or get a refund. I said I would just wait for the bamboo so they refunded my money and said they would contact me when they came back in stock. Set up was easy. When you cut open the outer layer of plastic the mattress “inflates” slowly enough that you have plenty of time to adjust how it is sitting on your box spring or foundation. The inner plastic was a little tricky to get out from under the mattress alone but I managed. The mattress is as advertised. I weigh around 350 lbs and I sink into the mattress just as they say you would. I am sleeping much sounder and would definitely recommend this mattress to anyone. One downside (yes, only one!!!) It says that the box weighs 130ish pounds (California King). I live on the 2nd floor and it seemed more like 1030lbs. Luckily ratchet straps work great for getting heavy items up steps. With 2 people it would be no problem whatsoever. Am totally satisfied with my entire experience with Nolah.

I have had two major back surgeries. Every morning I got up with a 4 or 5 level pain. Since I have used this bed I get up with a 0 or 1 pain level. Unbelievable. No kidding. I cannot believe it. We used to sleep on a highly rated Simmons. I blamed everything on the bolts in my back!!!! 👍👍

Very comfortable! We no longer wake with back pain! My husband likes firm and I like plush so the plush firm is perfect for both of us.

We have been sleeping on a latex queen sized mattress for 10+ years. The change to a new mattress was not taken lightly given my lower back pain and my wife’s tendency to “sleep hot”. After watching a ton of reviews on youtube we settled on Nolah–and we are both sleeping so well! My wife has only had 1-2 nights where she felt a tad bit warm (and one was when I messed with the AC vents in our bedroom!). So far we are really liking this mattress.
