The Sk8-Hi was introduced in 1978 as Style 38, and showcased the now-iconic Vans Sidestripe on a new, innovative high top silhouette. As only the second model featuring the recognizable marker formerly known as the “jazz stripe,” the Sk8-Hi brought a whole new look to the Vans family.

These vans are very stylish! I got the all black canvas version and I love the way they look! But my normal size feels big and a half size smaller feels a little small! I can’t figure out what my true size in vans is. I also hate the inner leather lining, it makes them feel stiff, but I don’t lace them up all the way and that helps. Hoping I can figure out the right size eventually.

Description said canvas but the stripe is leather. Shoes are great but exchanged for different, fully canvas ones.
